Project Synopsis
This project involves the creation of an entirely new mobile app, as well as an onsite queue system with a tv queue display and backend staff portal. The project goal is to facilitate Collin’s membership, revenue & operations management. With conducting background & competitor research, my job is to organise the user flow to meet client’s objective & requirements, as well as come up with an interface visual while adhering to the existing brand guidelines.

2. Competitor Research
Client has provided us two competitor references - Starbucks and Genki sushi app, each with certain features that they would like to reflect in the new app. By studying the user flow from the competitor apps, I gain certain insights and have a better overview of how I can replicate the strengths, or improve the weaknesses for the new app.
