The customer journey map was then created based on the personas. This provides further valuable insights and suggestions for the new website.

4. Sitemap
Based on the gathered research, personas and customer journey map, the sitemap is carefully reorganised. Some new pages, features and functions are proposed to cater to the user needs.

5. High-Fidelity Mockup (Desktop & Mobile)
Based on the new sitemap, new interface visual is designed.

Project Synopsis
This project involves the combination of the old CDGE website and Spark Car Care website. The new site aims to target both B2B and B2C audience. By studying the google analytics from the previous site, my job is to reorganise the sitemap to improve on the user journey and experience, as well as come up with an entirely new interface visual while adhering to the existing brand guidelines.
